Refund & Return Policy

At RS Royal Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date if:

• The item received is damaged.

• The wrong product or wrong size was delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• A clear unboxing video and photos may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Products damaged after use.

• Items without original tags or packaging.

• Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI after verification.

Exchange

We offer exchanges only if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.

• You receive the wrong item or size.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
